November 14 at 15:00 CET European Film Factory in cooperation with the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Just Film Festival are proud to organise a masterclass with David García on the film EL CAMINO (Spain, 1964) by Ana Mariscal.   David García is a film restorer and the son of Spanish cinema pioneer Ana Mariscal. He will present EL CAMINO, whose restored copy was showcased by Cannes Classics in 2021 and is now part of the European Film Factory's catalogue. The masterclass will highlight the film's themes relating to the coming of age in a small rural village in Spain during Franco's dictatorship, the memories from the filming process and the importance of preserving film heritage.   The masterclass will be held in Estonia during the Just Film Industry Days at Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event as part of the 27th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and will also be broadcasted online.
