EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2024: Public Space Belongs to Everyone
EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2024 has arrived! From 16 to 22 September, participating towns and cities will be packed with events promoting sustainable mobility, across Europe and beyond. Throughout the week thousands of activities will enable residents to come together to celebrate cycling, walking and public transport, encouraging a greater uptake of sustainable modes in their daily lives. On the final day of the week - Sunday 22 September - many participating cities will celebrate World Car-Free Day by opening up all or part of their street space to pedestrians, cyclists and other active travellers.

In line with EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK tradition, this year also has its unique theme. The focus is on Shared Public Space, to remind cities, towns and people everywhere of the benefits of a balanced allocation of space and respect for other users.
