EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2025: Mobility for Everyone |
|
 | EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2025 is here! From 16 to 22 September, towns and cities across Europe and beyond host thousands of activities to celebrate walking, cycling and public transport, encouraging people everywhere to embrace more sustainable ways of moving. The week concludes on Monday 22 September with World Car-Free Day, when many participating cities open their streets to people rather than cars.
This year’s campaign theme, Mobility for Everyone, highlights the importance of ensuring that sustainable transport is accessible, affordable, available, inclusive and safe for all. Many people still face transport poverty - challenges such as high costs, limited availability and unequal access that restrict their opportunities and quality of life. By addressing these barriers, the campaign calls on us to move towards a future where no one is left behind in the transition to greener, healthier transport.
